Work Environment\n

This position is predominantly remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining accountability for patient care. Although you will primarily work from home, there are opportunities for in-person collaboration and team meetings. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice supports a diverse patient population, particularly those with co-occurring mental health and chronic medical conditions. You will work with individuals grappling with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
