This is a fully remote position that allows therapists the flexibility to manage their schedules while providing outpatient therapy services. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conducting in-depth initial assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs is a key part of your role. You will create personalized treatment plans that address these needs while employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a suite of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant practices.

  Engaging in collaboration with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure a holistic approach to client care. This means participating in case conferences and sharing essential insights about clients’ progress.

  Delivering crisis intervention services when clients are in acute distress. Your expertise and compassion will guide you in making critical decisions to stabilize clients in challenging situations.

  Participating in community outreach programs designed to reduce stigma and promote mental health awareness, thus establishing a healthy community-focused approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

  A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary to qualify for this position.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.

  Cultural competence and sensitivity are crucial for effectively addressing the diverse needs of our client population.

Preferred Experience\n

While a broad range of experiences is valued, preferred candidates will have prior experience in outpatient therapy settings and well-developed skills in crisis interventions and engaging with multidisciplinary teams. Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally responsive practices is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition, our benefits package includes:
