Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, addressing diverse mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at On Track Counseling Solutions, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. A core aspect of your role will involve adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the varying needs of clients from different backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent and inclusive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or an equivalent field.

• An active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A commitment to teamwork and a genuine desire to contribute to the professional development of peers.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of experience as a licensed therapist in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on telehealth.

• Experience with specialized therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a plus.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms enhances the ability to provide effective remote services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
