Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments that inform treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during sessions with individuals, couples, families, and in group therapy settings.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies and develop comprehensive crisis management plans to support patients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and all regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and families, fostering understanding and equipping them with tools to manage mental health effectively.

• Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and discuss patient progress with colleagues from various backgrounds.

• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adjust strategies as needed for optimal patient benefit.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
