Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients’ mental health status, formulating tailored treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy to cater to diverse mental health issues.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to guarantee clients receive coordinated care, working closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals.

Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
