As a remote Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with other mental health professionals. While you will primarily work from the comfort of your home, you will also have access to our outpatient office in San Francisco for in-person consultations and team meetings as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, working collaboratively to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of modalities suited to the specific needs of your clients, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Work in collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, fostering seamless communication and coordinated treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing your expert judgment, compassion, and de-escalation techniques to navigate emergencies effectively.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and share valuable resources with the broader community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
