Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for great flexibility in your work schedule while still maintaining collaborative ties with our outpatient office team located in San Francisco. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments, utilizing standardized tools to identify needs, strengths, and barriers to recovery.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide therapy sessions in both individual and group settings, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.

• Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to continuously monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will support come from diverse backgrounds and experience a range of behavioral health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and situational crises. Your role will focus on fostering a supportive environment that encourages open communication and empowered decision-making. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to practice in California is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy and case management in a clinical setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical for effective client interactions and documentation.
