Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans to address those needs.

• Providing evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Offering crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety while developing appropriate support plans.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport and form effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
