Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and collaborate with them in developing individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Bayview Psychotherapy Services, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Your skills will empower clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that their individual experiences and cultural contexts are respected and integrated into their treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Ability to effectively conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized, outcome-focused treatment strategies.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations with a commitment to culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
