You will receive full support with in-house credentialing and insurance management, ensuring that the administrative aspects of your role are seamless.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Inner Fire Wellness Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families, identifying their unique mental health needs and developing appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to support clients in reaching their individualized service goals.

• Engage in collaborative care by communicating effectively with other staff members about assessment findings and client progress during interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Provide case management support to assigned patients, coordinating with healthcare providers, community resources, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and follow-up.

• Maintain timely and ethical documentation for all client interactions, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices within the department.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Therapist role will focus on a diverse outpatient clientele, providing care that meets the varied physical, emotional, and social needs of individuals across the lifespan. Clients may present with a range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues, requiring specialized attention and care.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a valid license as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW issued by the state of California. In addition, applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in mental health practices.

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.

• Flexibility to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on client demand and personal availability.

While candidates with a minimum of two years of experience are encouraged to apply, those with additional expertise in specialized therapeutic techniques, or experience in community health services, are highly valued.
