This position is uniquely designed as a 100% remote telehealth position, allowing you to deliver therapy from the comfort of your own home. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with typical working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and no on-call requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly telehealth therapy sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices to assess and support their mental health needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to create comprehensive treatment plans and discuss client progress.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures that are automatically provided to monitor and refine treatment strategies effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training regarding our evidence-based treatment frameworks, known as care pathways.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

• Seek consultation and support from peers as needed to enhance therapeutic practices and ensure the best client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients range from those coping with anxiety and depression to individuals navigating more complex psychological issues. As you provide your expertise, you will facilitate client exploration of their thoughts and emotions, using evidence-backed strategies to promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and other technology, including Google Suite and EHR systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing professionalism in all client interactions.

• A warm, empathetic demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting, maintaining focus, and managing time effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2-3 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth environment, is desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
