Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients and to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, providing consistent feedback and monitoring their progress to adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards while using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in monthly peer consultations to ensure collaborative care approaches and to share clinical insights with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is required.
