Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide support and therapeutic interventions while enjoying a flexible work-life balance. The community health clinic setting empowers our therapists to make a significant impact on our clients' lives, helping them navigate various mood disorders effectively. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis when necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms associated with mood disorders, noting severity, duration, and frequency.

• Collaboratively create individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs and therapeutic goals of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mood disorders, highlighting treatment options and emphasizing self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress throughout treatment, adapting plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care that addresses the full spectrum of client health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with clients navigating complex mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will interact with a diverse population, making respect, empathy, and cultural competence essential to effectively support clients from varying backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience focused on mood disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, complemented by performance bonuses. Additionally, a sign-on bonus will be provided, recognizing your expertise and dedication upon joining our team.
