Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health needs.

• Conducting initial assessments to understand clients' mental health and substance use histories and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals and needs.

• Monitoring ongoing patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement and support.

• Participating actively in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies for client care.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation while minimizing paperwork to prioritize direct client interaction.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Possession of a current and valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Commitment to fulfilling pre-employment requirements, including annual tuberculosis screenings, background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks, in accordance with company policy.

Preferred Experience\n

While it is essential to hold the relevant qualifications, we prefer candidates who have:

• Experience with substance abuse treatment and understanding of co-occurring disorders, ideally within a community health setting.
