Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new and ongoing clients, creating tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring clients receive holistic and personalized interventions.

• Utilize our electronic health record system to meticulously document clinical records, treatment progress, and client interactions to maintain compliance and support effective communication within the team.

• Develop psychoeducational materials to enhance clients' understanding of their conditions and promote self-management strategies.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings to ensure clinical effectiveness and foster professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of adult clients who present with various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
