Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through video chat in an ethical and compassionate manner.

• Utilize solution-focused approaches and evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that are client-centered, measurable, and achievable.

• Facilitate sessions that enhance clients' insights into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to help foster healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance with a variety of mental health challenges. Your work will enable clients to improve their quality of life by building the skills necessary to navigate their unique circumstances with resilience and confidence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Current and active state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. We do not accept limited or provisional licenses.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions against your counseling license.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a client-centered approach to therapy.
\n
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency with computers, video conferencing tools, and electronic health record systems.
\n
• Reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling to adults.

• Experience with diverse populations and the ability to address various cultural sensitivities.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual counseling platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and offered hours. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend and enjoy the added benefit of weekly direct deposits for earned income.
