Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Deliver psychotherapy services through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to best meet client needs.

• Prepare detailed intake summaries, clinical treatment plans, and progress notes. Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with California state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Participate in weekly team meetings to collaborate on treatment strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current clinical approaches.
\n
• Consult with prescribing physicians regarding the suitability of psychotropic medications when necessary, ensuring that treatment plans are comprehensive and well-coordinated.

• Engage in the supervision of post-master's fellows and associates, providing guidance and clinical oversight where required.
\n
• Offer support to clients' families by educating them about treatment processes and interventions that can enhance the therapeutic alliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client base, including both adults and children facing a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
