Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide behavioral health care through structured, evidence-based programs via telehealth, ensuring that interventions align with best practices.

• Monitor and document the progress of participants, providing timely follow-up communications and coordinating care tailored to individual needs.

• Actively engage with the care team and assist participants in accessing resources required for their treatment, such as therapy tools and supportive community services.

• Identify participants exhibiting high-risk behaviors or safety concerns, employing established protocols to ensure their immediate safety and well-being.

• Attend regular supervisory meetings, monthly team collaborations, and promotional company events to maintain open communication and continuous learning.

• Uphold stringent confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation and communication uphold these vital ethical principles.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with chronic mental health issues, past trauma, addiction, and life transitions. By utilizing various therapeutic modalities, you will support participants in developing actionable skills and habits that foster long-term health and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Must possess a current and unrestricted LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in the state of practice.

• Ability to manage a consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours to dedicate adequate time and attention to patient needs.

• Clinical experience in psychotherapy, particularly utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
