Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions consistent with program specifications, applying trauma-informed techniques and cultural competence.

• Manage case documentation and billing processes in accordance with agency requirements to ensure compliance and accountability.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal clinical/support staff and community resources, to advocate for client needs and improve treatment outcomes.

• Provide thorough case management services, including assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and connecting families with appropriate resources.
\n
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings, sharing insights on program improvement and helping shape clinical practices.
\n
• Model the core values of Self Restoration Counseling Services in all professional interactions and communication.
\n
• Participate in on-call rotations as required, providing after-hours support and responding effectively to emergencies.

• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and active engagement in therapeutic practices and organizational goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
