Our typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some variability to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to ascertain patients' unique histories and psychological needs.

• Create tailored treatment plans employing evidence-based therapeutic strategies, factoring in the individual’s cultural background and personal experiences.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting mental wellness, resilience, and self-discovery.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients facing mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
