Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client progress and feedback.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute psychological distress, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential client records in strict compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and ensure holistic client support.
