Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health issues including, but not limited to, substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. This role requires an understanding of cultural nuances as well as the ability to establish trust with clients from different backgrounds, allowing for effective engagement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California is essential.

• At least four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required, demonstrating a robust understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
