Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health through individual evaluations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Compile individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans that include therapeutic techniques tailored to specific diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing inclusive, culturally responsive methodologies to engage clients effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment interventions.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
