Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize psychotherapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to address a range of emotional and behavioral disorders in individual and family sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to inform initial treatment plans and discharge strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, adjusting therapeutic approaches as outlined in the client’s treatment plan.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all therapy services provided, adhering to facility and professional documentation standards.

• Manage an assigned caseload while collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams to enhance patient care coordination and outcomes.

• Actively participate in treatment team meetings, contributing insights and strategies for optimized patient care.

• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in interactions with clients, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment at all times.

• Address and resolve any client complaints promptly, showcasing a commitment to client satisfaction and safety.

• Complete additional functions and responsibilities as assigned to support practice goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents, helping them navigate a variety of psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• Candidates must possess valid state or national licensure for professional therapy providers, specifically holding licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage therapeutically with a diverse patient base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
