Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess client needs, strengths, and challenges, creating personalized treatment plans that support their mental health goals.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities suited to individual client needs.

• Continuously evaluate client progress through regular check-ins, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document and track treatment progress.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops, webinars, and team training sessions, to stay updated on the latest mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
