Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at helping clients navigate their trauma recovery:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' histories and collaboratively develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement personalized treatment strategies focused on resilience-building and trauma recovery, engaging patients through various therapeutic modalities.

• Provide evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to individual patient needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a supportive community where patients can safely process their experiences.

• Work in partnership with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, addressing both mental and physical health needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during emergencies to ensure patient safety and provide immediate support.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and available coping resources, enhancing their understanding and encouraging engagement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
