Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Provide engaging individual and group therapy sessions that assist patients in processing their trauma experiences, equipping them with effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to patient care.

• Respond to immediate patient needs during crisis situations by delivering prompt crisis intervention and support.

• Deliver educational sessions and handouts to patients and their families, imparting knowledge about trauma responses and resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals coping with the long-term effects of trauma, including those with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure mental health counseling experience.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
