Oasis of Healing Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our compassionate team. As a fully remote therapist, you will engage with clients to help them achieve meaningful changes in their mental health and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapy through an 8-week structured program designed to enhance clients' mental health and coping skills.

• Monitor the progress of participants, ensuring they receive appropriate follow-up communications and tailored care coordination recommendations.

• Document all interactions and session notes accurately in our secure electronic health record system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
\n
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team, helping clients access necessary resources and manage important documentation such as consent and authorization forms.
\n
• Identify, assess, and respond to high-risk situations or safety concerns among participants, adhering strictly to established protocols.
\n
• Engage with clinical supervisors and team members during scheduled meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding patient information, ensuring all practices align with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from individuals grappling with anxiety and depression to those dealing with significant life transitions and trauma. You will play a pivotal role in supporting these individuals by employing a strengths-based approach that empowers them to develop resilience and healthier coping strategies. Your objective will be to build therapeutic alliances that facilitate open communication and trust, fostering a safe space for growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• Possession of one or more of the following licenses: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Availability to maintain a consistent therapy schedule for clients, providing regular session frequency that enhances treatment effectiveness.

• Experience utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support effective treatment.

• A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of clients and advancing the future of mental healthcare.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants with various levels of experience, candidates with prior clinical experience in outpatient settings or those proficient in additional therapeutic modalities will be given priority. Experience in telehealth therapy practices is also highly desirable as it aligns with our remote work model.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
