Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to gain insights into client histories and mental health challenges, followed by the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly with diverse populations facing various mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
