Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and mental health status, creating comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide engaging and therapeutic individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous, timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in regular supervision and case consultations to discuss client progress and enhance clinical skills.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population that spans various ages, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
