Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Valid licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Practical experience in Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), or General Outpatient Programs (GOP).

• Skills in supervising or mentoring less experienced clinicians are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gentle Force Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
