Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' individual trauma histories and establish effective treatment approaches.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead dynamic individual and group therapy sessions, creating safe spaces for patients to process their trauma experiences and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate intensively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patient care is comprehensive and integrated.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
