Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive therapeutic assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate each client’s unique substance abuse history, mental health status, and specific treatment needs.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
