Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' history with substance abuse and mental health challenges, using a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating strategies for both addiction recovery and mental health stabilization.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing proven modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to encourage client participation and progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
