Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health needs.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that not only address addiction but also consider underlying mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches to promote recovery.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and an effective continuum of support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our center, you will primarily work with individuals facing substance use disorders, many of whom may also be grappling with co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related disorders. Your role will be instrumental in providing the support and guidance necessary for these clients to navigate their treatment and achieve a sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
