Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately identify clients’ therapeutic needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting methods to fit unique client situations.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring personalized care.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated support that enhances overall client care.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, and leverage electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient documentation.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Zenith Mental Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
