Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools to identify their mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Offer counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of psychological and emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, including treatment progress notes, assessments, and modifications to treatment plans as required.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.

• Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice, adhering to all legal requirements regarding patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling or therapy, preferably within an outpatient or community mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective rapport building with clients and teamwork with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of multicultural counseling competencies.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
