Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, you will have the opportunity to profoundly impact the lives of our clients through a variety of responsibilities:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and interactive group therapy sessions that foster peer connections, encourage open sharing of experiences, and facilitate learning through shared support.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored one-on-one therapy aimed at helping clients gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, while also developing personalized coping strategies and actionable plans for their mental wellness journey.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their unique needs and aspirations, regularly reviewing progress.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and methods to critically track and evaluate client progress, ensuring that treatment goals are being met effectively.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, communicating regularly to coordinate care efforts and consult on intricate cases for optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing services to young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will have the chance to support a diverse client base navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and more, helping them unlock their full potential and develop sustainable coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

• Active LPC licensure in the state of Colorado.
\n
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage clients and collaborate with team members.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, professional integrity, and a client-centered approach.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
