Key Responsibilities\n

• Successfully manage a caseload of youth clients, engaging in regular individual counseling sessions that encourage stability and progress.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the specific needs and goals of each client, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they are adjusted based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.

• Document client progress diligently, maintaining accurate records and progress notes in compliance with health regulations and organizational policies.

• Regularly meet with clients to review their treatment journey, discussing progress towards goals, future appointments, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
