Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, fostering rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions to monitor client progress, address challenges, and prepare for discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of each client interaction, including progress notes and treatment updates, to comply with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and create relevant care plans.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
