Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including youth and adults dealing with various mental health issues such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. You will need to approach each individual with cultural competence and an understanding of how life experiences and social contexts influence mental health and recovery. As a counselor, your goal will be to empower clients through effective therapy tailored to their background, personal history, and specific challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience as a licensed professional counselor, ideally with a focus on community health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a salary package, employees can benefit from a variety of programs, including a sign-on bonus, and reduced workload support with billing and documentation processes.
