This fully remote position allows Licensed Professional Counselors to deliver services via telehealth, enabling flexibility in scheduling and thereby promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and in-depth comprehensive evaluations that inform the development of tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of issues faced by individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, all customized to suit clients' needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure the delivery of holistic and integrated care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation complying with ethical standards and all legal requirements.

• Engage in continued professional development by staying updated on research and advancements in the mental health field, participating in relevant workshops and training opportunities.

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and may present with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related software tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
