Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored individual, couples, or group therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address clients’ unique mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and desired outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, adhering to state regulations and ethical guidelines to promote continuity of care and safeguard client privacy.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive support and referral options for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will engage with families seeking to improve communication and resolve conflicts, and address various mental health concerns through an empathetic, culturally competent approach.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington or be eligible for licensure.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills and familiarity with multiple therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.

• A compassionate, ethical, and culturally competent approach to care, with an ability to connect with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Experience working in an outpatient environment, preferably using telehealth platforms.

• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaboration with other healthcare providers to support client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Aspiria Neuromodulation & Rehab offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside an attractive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), a 401(k) retirement plan, and continuing education stipends to support your professional development.
