Work Environment\n

As an LPC at Brightways Recovery Plus, you will enjoy a flexible remote work setting, where you can engage with patients through telehealth services, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your own space. While remote, you will also have access to our outpatient office resources, allowing for seamless collaboration with your colleagues. You will have the tools and systems necessary to maintain accurate patient records and track progress, ensuring compliance with Agency and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) standards while achieving weekly billable service productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify, assess, and manage patients' mental health needs, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.

• Conduct comprehensive patient intake assessments, focusing on diagnostic evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic objectives and treatment plans.

• Provide timely mental health interventions for individuals in crisis, ensuring immediate and appropriate care.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring a responsive approach to evolving mental health needs.

• Work closely with patients to develop effective relapse prevention strategies and provide ongoing support in their recovery journey.

• Create and implement preventative programs targeting patients at risk of deteriorating health, addressing both immediate and long-term needs.

• Document all patient interactions and outcomes accurately, maintaining up-to-date treatment records in compliance with strict regulations.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with primary care practitioners, keeping them informed about patient progress and evolving treatment needs.

• Empower patients with self-management techniques and education, fostering active participation in their treatment and lifestyle choices.

• Maintain adherence to the Clinical Professionals' Code of Ethics and other professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling is mandatory.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a healthcare or outpatient setting is highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and management of electronic health records will be considered a significant asset. Compensation and Benefits\n
