Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and culturally-responsive psychotherapy to various client types, including individuals (adults, teens, or children), couples, or groups.

• Maintain a manageable caseload that allows for a high-quality therapeutic experience while ensuring timely and accurate documentation through our EHR system.

• Develop collaborative treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and active LPCC license in the state of California.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• At least two years of clinical experience, ideally with direct exposure to diverse and underserved populations.

• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostics and robust ethics standards, as well as proficiency in clinical documentation practices.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working directly with marginalized communities and a strong understanding of their unique challenges.
