Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the diverse needs of clients, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions.

• Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care is provided to each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation as mandated by organizational policies and regulatory standards, including HIPAA compliance.

• Engage in continuous clinical supervision, participate in team meetings, and contribute to organizational training initiatives to enhance personal and team development.

• Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and emerging research in mental health counseling through professional networks and continued education.

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality, ensuring that client information is handled with diligence and care as directed by both legal obligations and company policies.

Qualifications\n
