Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexible scheduling while ensuring that clinicians remain connected to the team and the clients. You’ll primarily work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend hours to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while providing compassionate care.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss treatment progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, making discharge recommendations when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are centered around clients’ individual goals and needs.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure compliance and track therapeutic outcomes.

• Perform intake assessments to understand new clients' mental health concerns, backgrounds, and goals.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client feedback and needs.

• Participate in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and accountability.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide integrated care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted LPCC license is mandatory for independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, electronic records management systems like PIMSY, and email (Outlook).

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments as part of the new client onboarding process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive compensation package that includes an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, complemented by comprehensive benefits.
