This position is remote, allowing you flexibility while working from the comfort of your home. However, you will have access to our outpatient office in Santa Rosa for face-to-face meetings with team members and occasional client sessions if necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct regular individual therapy sessions, providing personalized care based on the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support and shared experiences among participants.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize standardized assessment tools and evidence-based methodologies to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and reflective of their treatment journey.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
