Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized therapy that helps clients explore and understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with young adults aged 18 to 30, addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Your expertise will guide them through recovery, empowering them and their families to overcome obstacles and fostering resilience and hope.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience working in outpatient settings or specifically with young adult populations will be prioritized. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is also beneficial. You should be comfortable utilizing digital tools for therapy and progress tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
