Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Diamond Path Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions for clients, promoting connection and shared experience among participants.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling sessions that enable clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Many of these individuals face a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. You will play a critical role in addressing their mental health needs and guiding them toward positive life changes.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; further education or specialization is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary for this full-time position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
